The town of Juršinci lies in the heart of Slovenske gorice, a mere 12 kilometres away from Ptuj. The Moj dom tourist farm is situated on a hill; it is surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards where the wine varieties of Sauvignon, Pinot gris and noire, Yellow Muscatel and Furmint grow.

They have received numerous awards at home and abroad for their top quality wines, which you can sample at tastings. They are also known for growing vine graft plantlings.

Good wine is always accompanied by good food such as homemade cold cuts made with meat dipped in a minced lard and pork mixture (tünka), sausages, zaseka spread, cheese and homemade bread. If you arrange it in advance, they will lay the table with seasonal dishes, especially dishes made of buckwheat, dishes prepared in a wood-fired bread oven, kvasenica (sour cream and cottage cheese yeast cake), gibanica layered cake, krapci, potica cakes, etc. Homemade food and wine as well as a myriad of possibilities for walks are a good start to a healthy lifestyle. The farm houses the Marta home economics centre with its permanent culinary exhibition, where you can learn about the work and models of home economics. You can attend lectures or cooking classes there. The more active guests can get to know Slovenske gorice on bicycle, which they can rent from the farm. You can learn about the history of Slovenske gorice at the Queen’s Hall featuring the customs of a queen and a museum of the heritage of queens. You can reach the Puh Museum, the Museum of Vineyard Heritage and the Gomila viewing tower by a mountain trail. You can look for healing points, go hunting, fishing or horseback riding, as well as swimming at the thermal spas in Ptuj, Radenci, Banovci or Moravci.
