Cottage cheese spread with stomach salami, prosciutto and olives

Served as a proper farmer's meal in the countryside, this dish is especially refreshing for hikers, bikers and workers. Sliced stomach salami, prosciutto and bread are energy-rich foods. The olives and the cottage cheese spread add a special freshness.

Ingredients to serve four:

•200 ml cottage cheese

•2 tablespoon sour cream

•1 garlic clove

•fresh chives, chopped

•pinch of salt

•pepper

•stomach salami

•prosciutto

•olives

Place cottage cheese, crushed garlic and chopped fresh chives in a bowl and mix well. Slice the stomach salami and prosciutto and add olives from the brine.

Serve with home-baked bread.
