About the farm

Access: In the center of Solčava, before the bridge turn on the left. In the village Podolševa after the sign for the farm turn again on the left and after that you will reach the farm.

You will find the Ramšak Tourist Farm standing by itself on a sunny plain at the foot of Mount Olševa.

On the farm you will be pampered with organically-grown vegetables that are offered as a side dish with all their meals. They will also look after those who swear by traditional Slovene cooking and will offer you žlikrofi, štruklji, žganci, and other local dishes. Health food enthusiasts should not leave the farm without the milk products, medicinal herbs, home-dried fruit, fruit juices, teas, and jams that the family prepares with special pleasure.

Your hosts promise you genuine contact with life on a Solčava farm, and nearby there are around thirty natural and cultural points of interest and several climbing and hiking trails for hikers and bicyclists (Mount Olševa, Mount Raduha, a visit to the ancient yew tree), which all invite you to visit them.Facebook
