Amidst the unspoiled surroundings of the valley of Dragonja, where you are welcomed by peace and the beauty of nature, you can see the preserved biodynamic products and how they are used in the stone Istrian cottage called the “kažeta”.

The hosts maintain a traditional method of olive growing on cultural terraces and produce top quality extra virgin olive oil using the biodynamic method. They also keep bees in accordance with biodynamic principles – the world of bees is presented in a displayed beehive - and they will even make you a honey breakfast.

You can join the lavender, curry plant or rosemary harvest or herb distillation, or cook garden-picked vegetables over an open fire using home-made extra virgin olive oil. The taste will vividly demonstrate to you the difference between conventionally and biodynamically produced food.
