The mainstays of the homestead are agriculture and viniculture. A stone inscription of the year 1824 over the entry portal of the house bears witness to its age. There is a large garden and orchard in front of the homestead.

The surrounding area is varied and interesting. Nature lovers may go cycling, mushroom picking, gathering healing herbs or simply stroll through the beautiful countryside.
